With the Fountain unlocked, Mario enters a new galaxy known as Space Junk Galaxy, where he makes use of the Pull Stars there, and we see a lot of floating debris and old rocket ships, one of them might be a reference to Pikmin. He helps out the Toad Brigade and fights against some bosses along the way.

As for the rest of the description, I recommend watching the full video before reading past this point of the description

The Grand Star from the Terrace has been obtained, and this has unlocked access to the Fountain, and the first galaxy requires 9 Power Stars, this is Space Junk Galaxy.
It has some nice music, and this galaxy has some floating debris and old space rockets, one of which is a reference to Olimar's spaceship from Pikmin 2, the starting planets have Pull Stars, and the spherical glass planet has five Star Chips and some Amps to watch out for.
After Olimar's spaceship is a path full of Pull Stars, which take you to the T Shape Planet, and these spider enemies are called Spoings, and they jump into the air and float for a few seconds, and they are easy to defeat. This planet has the Toad Brigade stuck in crystals, so free all of them by spinning into them, and Captain Toad appears on the Starshroom, so the Toad Brigade will appear in some galaxies to help out Mario. The next planet has Assembly Blocks, which form when Mario comes near them, and there are five Silver Stars, this was a concept that first appeared in Super Mario 64 DS, and once you have all the Silver Stars, you get a Power Star.
Pull Star Path is done, next is Kamella's Airship Attack, and we get the Airship theme from Super Mario Bros. 3, as this mission takes place on airships. You have to spin into the lever to activate the bridge, and a bunch of Star Bunnies teach Mario how to jump and spin, which can help get coins floating very high. The next airship has you making use of Koopa Shells to open treasure chests, and there is a Magikoopa on this planet, it will teleport after attacking.
The next airship has you defeating Octopuses with Koopa Shells, and Red Shells home in on enemies like in Mario Kart, and interesting Easter egg that I did not know about before is that there is a secret room filled with Star Bits, you can either enter the funnel of the ship or Ground Pound the panel. Octopuses only shoot fireballs, and there are some Koopa Troopas on this planet which you can use to defeat the Octopuses, the chest on the right has a Life Shroom.
The next airship is a fight against Kamella, so she follows the trend of important Magikoopas that have "Kam" at the beginning of their name, like the recurring Magikoopa is named Kamek, and we even had Kammy Koopa from Paper Mario. She attacks by shooting magic, red magic is fireballs, and green magic is Koopa Shells, and you will have to throw Koopa Shells at her. Kamella will even move onto the ship after the first hit, and after she is hit twice, she will summon two Magikoopas, and the next hit will finish Kamella off and you can get the Power Star.
Then Rosalina tells Mario about Prankster Comets, and you can learn more about them from the Purple Luma, the first kind is Speedy Comet, this is where you have to complete a mission as quickly as you can. Good Egg Galaxy has the Dino Piranha Speed Run, it is the same mission, the difference is the boulders are replaced by Chomps, and you have to complete it in 4 minutes, and the timer still counts down after beating Dino Piranha. Pull Star Path Speed Run is Space Junk Galaxy's Speedy Comet, and it is the same mission, but you have 4 minutes. There is also Cosmic Comets, where you race Cosmic Mario, one of which is in Honeyhive Galaxy, and you have to get to the Star before Cosmic Mario.
Time for another boss fight, this is Tarantox's Tangled Web, and this mission introduces Sling Pods, which is my least favourite mechanic in the game, and the Small Maze Planet has a Hungry Luma which requires 50 Star Bits, I will go over him in the next mission. The next few planets have Sling Pods, so you have to pull them back and let go to launch Mario to another planet. At the end is a fight with Tarantox, and he is the only boss to have Dino Piranha's battle theme, so at least you get to hear more of the song, because of how easy Dino Piranha was. Tarantox is a tricky boss, he attacks by shooting poison, and you have to use the Sling Pods on the glowing button on Tarantox's back, and flip him over, and pop all three bumps, and on the second phase, Tarantox shoots poison from all sides, repeat the process to defeat him.
The Hungry Luma mission requires 50 Star Bits, and you get Yoshi's Unexpected Appearance, even though Yoshi himself doesn't appear in this game other than a profile icon, a planet themed around Yoshi appears, defeat every Goomba on the planet to earn the Power Star, and you can earn extra 1-Ups if you continually stomp on the Goombas.
