Valentina will lead you on a chase around from the back exit of Nimbus Castle all the way to the town square, where she will finally stop and fight. At the beginning of the battle, Dodo will take away the character in the middle slot for a one-on-one battle; outside of this change, Dodo's tactics remain the same as in earlier battles.

Once Dodo is defeated, the other two party members must begin fighting Valentina until the third member and Dodo return. Dodo does not have to be beaten again once he returns to the battle, only Valentina does. Valentina uses a variety of water and ice-based attacks, such as Water Blast and Crystal. She also uses Petal Blast, so be prepared to deal with its party-wide Mushroom effect.
