All that is left of Sirena Beach is to collect all 100 coins, and this is the other one of two courses where you can potentially get up to 999 coins, but it is based on luck, because if you use the slot machines in the casino, you can get an infinite amount of coins as long as you don't end up getting a Triple 7 on the slot machines.

As for the rest of the description, I recommend watching the full video before reading past this point of the description

The episode you will want to pick for the 100 coins is Episode 4, and outside the hotel, you can spray the torches to get coins, and some of them do give Blue Coins, and there is also a Blue Coin under one of the huts.
When you have collected at least 10 coins, enter the hotel, and you can spray the torches there for some coins, and the attic has a good amount of coins there, so I would recommend getting up to around 80 coins if you explore a lot of the rooms in the hotel, and then enter the casino. Ground Pound the slot machines to get some coins, and one of them gives you a Blue Coin, which you can also get by spraying one of the torches in the casino. It should give you enough for 100 coins, and this is one of few courses where you can get up to 999 coins, you can get up to three coins per on the large slot machines by spraying them, but if you get Triple 7, you cannot use it anymore.
Next is Blue Coins, and some of them are only in certain episodes, there are four Nokis in Episode 6 which you can clean up to get Blue Coins, and Episode 4 or 5 for the Blue Coins in the casino, the M graffiti only appears in Episode 5. I would recommend Episode 8 for the rest of the Blue Coins, and this is a tricky course to get Blue Coins in, as some of them are inside different rooms in Hotel Delfino, and there are some in the attic, and this one has one of my least favourite graffiti locations, because there are two on different floors, and you have to go to the other floor it is at to get the Blue Coin.
If the Blue Coins in Sirena Beach weren't hard enough, the next course is even worse when it comes to Blue Coins, and it doesn't help that after collecting 20 Shine Sprites, the scene every time you come out of a course is the light in the middle of Delfino Plaza, near the Shine Gate, which does remind me of the Wing Cap Course in Super Mario 64, and that will be the next course after Sirena Beach.
