With about most of the courses done, it is time to enter another one, and to access it, you have to look up while inside the light at the pier of Delfino Plaza, a bit like the Wing Cap Course in Super Mario 64. This area is Noki Bay, which is home to the Nokis, but when Mario enters, he finds the water has been polluted, so he goes to find what the cause of it is.

As for the rest of the description, I recommend watching the full video before reading past this point of the description

To enter Noki Bay, you will need 20 Shine Sprites, and that scene where it shows the light near the Shine Gate seems to always appear whenever you come out of a level, but now Mario has finally entered the place.
Noki Bay has some really nice music, and Episode 1 Uncork the Waterfall, at the start, you will meet up with the Noki Elder, who tells Mario that the water is polluted, and the waterfall has been corked, so he has to climb up the mountain to uncork the waterfall. Some platforms are missing, so Mario will have to clean off the graffiti to bring them back, and there are some lifts you can use by spraying the urn to elevate to a higher place. There is a bunch of platforms on the walls, and in the alcove is where the Rocket Nozzle is, it is not required for this episode, but it will help with collecting some of the Blue Coins, and one thing to note is Noki Bay has my least favourite Blue Coins in the game.
When you get to the top of the cliff, you will meet a Noki, this is the elder's grandson, and he tells you how to use the springboard, which shrinks if sprayed, and you can pick it up and when you put it down, it turns back to normal size, and at the top is a Monty Mole, like the one back in Pinna Park. When you get close to him, he will throw Bob-ombs, hit him three times and the waterfall uncorks, and the Monty Mole blasts off like Team Rocket, and we get the Shine Sprite.
Episode 2 is The Boss of Tricky Ruins, and I find the dialogue funny when the Noki asks Mario to be his new teacher, as if Mario is old enough to replace the Noki's grandfather. The elder is at the ruins, and you can spray the markings to reveal maze-like ruins, and this is the reason why I don't like collecting Blue Coins in Noki Bay, because most of them are hidden in those ruins. After the first one, Bloopers are encountered, and when you go through the next set of ruins, at the top of the cliff is Gooper Blooper, and he got downgraded from a boss to a mid-boss, because Gooper Blooper uses the same boss theme as the Proto Piranhas when fought in this course. He is fought the same way as back in Ricco Harbor, pull off his tentacles, then pull his mouth, repeat it again to defeat him, and you can enter the tomb to collect the Shine Sprite, and if you spray two of the urns, you can get Blue Coins from them.
The next one does not take place in Noki Bay, this one is Red Coins in a Bottle, and for the entirety of this episode, you enter a bottle to collect 8 Red Coins, Mario will be wearing a helmet underwater, and this is almost the same helmet he wears in Super Paper Mario when exploring space. Using FLUDD's Hover Nozzle can help with collecting the Red Coins, and you can get the Shine Sprite after collecting all 8 of them.
Next is Eely-Mouth's Dentist, and the Noki will give Mario the helmet he wore in the last episode, and the Noki Elder is at the summit, where that Monty Mole was fought. What you have to do is enter the waterfall, and it will take you to the secret cavern, where Eely-Mouth, the boss of this episode appears. If you spray the poison bubbles, you can refill your air, and when Mario is closer, Eely-Mouth spins and rises up, and you have to use the Hover Nuzzle to clean his teeth, which are covered in poisonous goop. Eely-Mouth attacks by inhaling, and once he is done, he will close his mouth, you have to repeat the process until all of Eely-Mouth's teeth are cleaned, and when done, a Shine Sprite will appear, as well as some coins that form a heart.
Episode 5 is really short, it is Il Piantissimo's Surf Swim, and it is a very easy one, as the flag is at the opposite side of the bay, and when you have beaten him in the race, he gives you a Shine Sprite.
