Here comes yet another opponent that uses some Pokémon that have high usage in both competitive and online battles, and the previous video had a different opponent, but both times Clefable and Zapdos were used, but this Clefable has different moves compared to the other one that I went up against, and I find this one to be an original set.
The set that my opponent used with Clefable was using Gravity to increase the Accuracy of moves, and Sing to activate the Throat Spray, and get in some damage by attacking, but the only move I have seen this Clefable use is Fire Blast, because I don't know if she had Moonblast or any other move, although it is a good strategy, as Sing isn't a move that you see being used often because of its poor Accuracy compared to moves like Hypnosis and Sleep Powder.
The Milotic used in this battle is one that I have used in a past online battle, she has a Flame Orb for her held item, this is to activate Marvel Scale, allowing Milotic to withstand Physical hits better, specially against my opponent's Durant. It is good to see Durant being used in online battles, and in a Single Battle of all things, and this was right after I used a Durant in online battles myself, because Durant is one of my favourite Pokémon introduced in Gen 5. I do have Scald on Milotic to try and inflict a burn on my opponent, and she has Haze to remove stat changes, specially with the Dynamax mechanics in this game where most Max Moves boost stats or lower target stats, and Milotic is one of few decent users of Haze, so that does at least help out in the fight.
Blissey is my Special wall for the team, although Milotic does have good Special Defense, this Milotic set has investment in Defense so it can take Physical hits better, while Blissey has very high HP and a low Defense stat, and this one has Serene Grace, so she has a higher chance of inflicting status conditions with Tri Attack and Flamethrower, and I gave her Calm Mind to help boost the damage from these moves, and I have read that Blissey is a decent user of Dynamax, because with that massive HP, Blissey can easily take Special Attacks very well, although it's not recommend that yuo should Dynamax Blissey unless you really need to, but it is good for stalling out opponent's Dynamax, specially if against a Special Attacker and you can use Max Guard to stop the opponent's Dynamax moves.
