Here's a walkthrough of me going through Super Metroid for the Super Nintendo Entertainment System. I am getting a 100% completion in pickups, but no speed running. Also, I sequence break a few times, seeing as it's very easy to do so in this game.

Samus finds the Morph Ball Bombs, but then the Chozo Statue comes to life. A Miniboss battle with the Torizo starts, which isn't that hard. After finding a couple expansions, Samus goes to "Green" Brinstar.
