Here's a walkthrough of me going through Super Metroid for the Super Nintendo Entertainment System. I am getting a 100% completion in pickups, but no speed running. Also, I sequence break a few times, seeing as it's very easy to do so in this game.

I fight the easy to beat Spore Spawn. As long as you keep on dodging when it comes at you, you should be find. As a reward for defeating the boss, you get the Super Missiles.
