The next character I use for All-Star Mode is Lucas, and while his PK moves, or his special moves that is, are mostly projectiles, they are mainly there for getting in some damage, but not as much as his non-projectile moves, which deal increased damage in All-Star Mode, and one of Lucas's best moves is his up smash, after he has dealt enough damage, it can be used to launch his opponents, or even get a KO with it. You do take less damage and knockback from your opponent's moves, but you do have to watch out for stage hazards.
Next is Lucas's Alt. Trophies, the 3DS version uses his 5th alternate costume, and the Wii U version uses the costume based on Claus, that is his 2nd alternate costume.
I will go over All-Star Mode and which characters you fight against.
Round 1 (2015-2007): Corrin, Greninja, Lucina, Robin, Dark Pit, Shulk, Bayonetta, Wii Fit Trainer, Rosalina & Luma
Round 2 (2006-2001): Lucario, Lucas, Ike, Zero Suit Samus, Toon Link, Bowser Jr., Roy, Olimar, Villager
Round 3 (1998-1994): Ganondorf, Sheik, Cloud, Jigglypuff, Charizard, Pikachu, Mewtwo, Diddy Kong, Ness
Round 4 (1993-1991): Meta Knight, Falco, Fox, Wario, King Dedede, Kirby, Sonic
Round 5 (1990-1986): Captain Falcon, Yoshi, Dr. Mario, Marth, Mega Man, Ryu, Palutena, Pit
Round 6 (1986-1984): Samus, Zelda, Link, Bowser, Peach, R.O.B., Duck Hunt Duo
Round 7 (1984-1980): Little Mac, Luigi, Donkey Kong, Mario, Pac-Man, Mr. Game & Watch

As for the stages you would fight Lucas and other characters that made their debut in 2006-2001, in the 3DS version, the stages are 3D Land, Distant Planet, and Tortimer Island, and in the Wii U version, the stages are Mario Circuit, Pyrosphere, Castle Siege, Garden of Hope, Town and City, Smashville, and Pirate Ship.
The Final Smash Trophy is called PK Starstorm (Lucas) to tell apart from Ness's Final Smash Trophy, and the Trophy description states that PK Starstorm deals fire damage, and this is the only game in the series where Lucas's PK Starstorm is identical to Ness's, and the move can be adjusted with the control stick.
