The next character I use for All-Star Mode is Peach, she made her first appearance in Super Mario Bros., along with Bowser, and both of them are in Round 6, 1986-1984, Super Mario Bros. came out in 1985. For Peach's Alt. Trophy, the alternate costume used for the 3DS version uses Peach's 2nd alternate costume, that is the yellow costume, which references Daisy, and this is the last game to have that alternate costume, as Daisy was made her own playable character in Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, and the Wii U version uses Peach's white alternate costume, that is her 6th alternate costume.
In All-Star mode, you take less knockback and damage from opponents, and your attacks deal more damage against them, and Peach does have a lot of close range attacks, like her aerial move and some good smash attacks, and her Toad can be a good counterattack for getting in damage. While your opponent's damage and knockback are decreased, stage hazards deal their normal knockback, watch out for them.
I will go over All-Star Mode and which characters you fight against.
Round 1 (2015-2007): Corrin, Greninja, Lucina, Robin, Dark Pit, Shulk, Bayonetta, Wii Fit Trainer, Rosalina & Luma
Round 2 (2006-2001): Lucario, Lucas, Ike, Zero Suit Samus, Toon Link, Bowser Jr., Roy, Olimar, Villager
Round 3 (1998-1994): Ganondorf, Sheik, Cloud, Jigglypuff, Charizard, Pikachu, Mewtwo, Diddy Kong, Ness
Round 4 (1993-1991): Meta Knight, Falco, Fox, Wario, King Dedede, Kirby, Sonic
Round 5 (1990-1986): Captain Falcon, Yoshi, Dr. Mario, Marth, Mega Man, Ryu, Palutena, Pit
Round 6 (1986-1984): Samus, Zelda, Link, Bowser, Peach, R.O.B., Duck Hunt Duo
Round 7 (1984-1980): Little Mac, Luigi, Donkey Kong, Mario, Pac-Man, Mr. Game & Watch

I will go over the stages you fight the character I am using to save description space, because my All-Star Mode video as Mario took up a lot of description space when going over stages and everything about All-Star Mode. A lot of stages from the Mario series are used for that round, as both Peach and Bowser originated from Super Mario Bros., the stage Mushroomy Kingdom is based on Stage 1-1 in Super Mario Bros., and that stage is used for them in the 3DS version, Golden Plains and Peach's Castle appear as possible stages for that fight, and they are in the 2nd round. In the Wii U version, you fight them on Mushroom Kingdom U, Mario Circuit (Brawl), or Peach's Castle (64) as the possible stages from their series, and in this game, the stage is called "Mario Circuit (Brawl)" to tell apart from Mario Circuit from Mario Kart 8, which is a stage in this game, although the stage was renamed to Figure-8 Circuit in Super Smash Bros. Ultimate.
Completing All-Star Mode with Peach gives you the Trophy for Peach Blossom, her Final Smash, and it shows Mario and Luigi being put to sleep, and despite Toad being present in the Trophy, he does not appear when Peach uses her Final Smash, and one thing I didn't realize is that the sleep effect remain longer if the fighter is closer to Peach when using the Final Smash.
