The next character that I use for Classic Mode is Kirby, he has been around since Super Smash Bros. 64, and back when Masahiro Sakurai worked for HAL, the Kirby series has had a bunch of representation throughout the Smash series. Despite Sakurai no longer working for HAL, Kirby did get a new Final Smash, which is the Ultra Sword, which first appeared in Kirby's Return to Dream Land, and that was a game that was made after Sakurai left HAL.
Kirby went from being one of the best characters in 64 to being one of the worse in Melee, and he has been getting a lot of nerfs that put him very low on the tier list, and being a lightweight character, that does put him at a disadvantage against better characters like Sheik and Diddy Kong.
Then going over Classic Mode, in Rounds 1 to 3, you fight characters that use their default customes, in Rounds 4 and 5, you fight characters that use their alternate costumes, in Round 6, you fight against the Fighting Mii Team, and in the final round, you fight Master Hand, you fight Crazy Hand as well starting from Intensity 3.0 or higher, and you fight Master Core on an even higher Intensity, the starting form is based on the Intensity played.
Next is Kirby's custom moves, as this is the only game in the series to have them, starting with Inhale, where Kirby can copy the character he inhales, for the custom variants, the first one is Ice Breath, where Kirby breathes out cold air that freezes opponents, this is a reference to the Ice Ability from the Kirby series, the downside is Kirby cannot inhale opponents and copy their neutral special moves, and the other variant is Jumping Inhale, where Kirby jumps forward as he inhales, and when Kirby spits out an opponent, it will not damage any nearby opponents. Next is Hammer Flip, Kirby's side special, where Kirby can charge up the hammer and deal more damage and knockback, so it's updated to be like King Dedede's Jet Hammer, Kirby does take damage when he charges for longer. The first custom variant is Hammer Bash, where Kirby swings his hammer, it deals more damage from the tip of the hammer, it cannot be charged, so it acts as how Kirby uses the hammer in Melee and in Brawl. The other custom variant is Giant Hammer, where Kirby pulls out a larger hammer, while it is very slow, it is very powerful and it deals more damage, it is one of the most powerful custom moves in the game, the slow attacking speed is a drawback to it. Next is Final Cutter, the first custom variant is Wave Cutter, the blade does not deal damage, but when Kirby lands, it creates waves of rocks flying, and they can be reflected, and the other variant is Upper Cutter, which is based on Sword Upper from Kirby's Sword Ability, this comes out faster and it deals more damage while Kirby is going higher, but he cannot attack on the way down. Then his down special, Stone, the first custom variant is Grounding Stone, where it takes longer for Kirby to transform, but it does bury opponents when landing, and the other custom variant is Meteor Stone, which does have a meteor effect, but it does take longer for Kirby to transform back.
