I'm surprised this classic Batman CGC 9.8 key comic book isn't selling for more money right now. I think it's a great one to consider as it cools down a bit after The Batman movie hype; so in the next 3-6 months should be a good time to buy. Long term I think it's a solid 9.8 comic book investment to hold and enjoy if you're a Batman fan. The Batman key I am talking about is a Batman 404 CGC 9.8 Year One Part 1 with classic Frank Miller story and 1st modern appearance of Catwoman.
