In this Skul the Hero Slayer video, I'll be using Mummy with a Fairytale focused strategy! Mummy is a character who has many build paths and can do basically any archetype in the game. Weapons mummy tends to focus Crit Items, and skill Mummy tends to focus Ability Spam Items, but can also do Crit Items as well. However, the usual Mummy strategies are irrelevant here, because today we're playing with Fairytale! Fairytale is an inscription centered around a select few items, all fairy related and most summon a fairy for you, that when you max out it's inscription limit to 5 summons the master of all fairies, Oberon. Fairytale is about getting as many of these fairy related items as you can, and having the fairies summoned from them fight on your behalf. This means that most of the damage you'll be dealing comes from said fairies, and because of this I personally don't play Fairytale runs that much because I find them a bit boring. However, when the opportunity presents itself I will of course follow the path, as I enjoy letting the game dictate my decision making for me, and not forcing archetypes or runs. Fairytale is nonetheless quite powerful, and definitely a great tool for beginner players, since they can focus on dodging and let the fairies do a lot of the work for them. So, that's today's run, Mummy with Fairytale! Joined by Warlock, can these two stroll their way on to the heart of Carleon to take on the end game gauntlet?
