2The daemon Rahouart and his minions are waiting at the gates of the Hall of Corruption. It is important to bring units with shields or amulets to block the gorgons’ Evil Eye attack, since that petrification can get annoying fast. The enemy drops here are not great, with Healing Essence being the only item worth mentioning. Because of that, if you do not care about consumables, it is best to head straight for the boss, finish him off quickly, and clear the stage without wasting time.

You play as Alphonse Loeher, a soldier from Lodis who discovers the harsh truth about his country’s treatment of the land of Ovis and eventually stands against his former allies. The game is mission-based, with battles fought on grid maps where smart use of character classes and stats is the key to victory.
