Tactics Ogre: The Knight of Lodis #39 - ENDING C - (No Commentary)
1To get the Ending C, let Eleanor join the team, but keep her out of the last two battles , then defeat Shaher. She’s still need to be alive.
Shaher falls, his demon form breaking apart into light before shrinking into a fallen angel. Alphonse confronts him, offering a choice between eternal seal or disappearance. Shaher admits he still loves God but has no future left, and fades away into nothing.
The world trembles. Eleanor cries out as ruins collapse around her, later left alone in Solea, watching the snow and whispering Alphonse’s name. Far away, Chloeri and Berevra ascend together, leaving the future to the young.
The story closes with fragments of Alphonse’s journey, ending on Eleanor’s lonely words: “Listen, Alphonse. It also snowed that day…”

"Tactics Ogre: The Knight of Lodis" (タクティクスオウガ外伝 ザ・ナイト・オブ・ローディス) is a TRPG for the GBA and a prequel to the Ogre Battle series. You play as Alphonse Loeher, a soldier from Lodis who discovers the harsh truth about his country’s treatment of the land of Ovis and eventually stands against his former allies. The game is mission-based, with battles fought on grid maps where smart use of character classes and stats is the key to victory.
