0Venturing into the profound depths of the Forbidden Zone, our group stumbles upon a convergence of destinies: the Renas Alma, Vholran, and an artificial Maiden chamber meticulously orchestrating a new Spirit Channeling Ceremony. The Red Woman, revealed as both a collective entity and individual entities in their true forms, fiercely guards the ceremony, embodying a formidable opposition. In a daring move, one of the Red Women absconds with the Renas Alma, triggering the collapse of the ceremony chambers.
Faced with a pivotal choice, we opt to pursue the elusive Red Woman, intending to track her to Rena. However, our trajectory is abruptly disrupted as the Red Women intervene, diverting our ship and seizing control. The expanse of space reveals the stark reality of Rena: a hallowed planet, incessantly draining energy from Dahna, laying bare the sinister truth of its existence.
Amidst the cosmic turmoil, our salvation arrives in the form of the Daeq Faezol, a starship helmed by the Overseer Hevrekt-35. This encounter unfolds into a revelation about the Helganquil, Rena's true natives. The Red Women, fellow members of this enigmatic race, emerge as instruments of the Great Astral Spirit's insatiable hunger, compelling them to harvest astral energy.
As Hevrekt-35 and Alphen engage in a clash of ideologies, the Helganquil's purpose becomes chillingly clear to eradicate the Great Astral Spirit's core, even if it means sacrificing Shionne. A tense negotiation ensues, culminating in an agreement to use the Renas Alma to contain the Great Astral Spirit, seeking a delicate balance between suppressing its sentience and preserving Shionne's life. Landing on Rena, the stark reality unfolds a desolate expanse of hollow silver, stripped of land and life, a poignant testament to the relentless hunger of the Great Astral Spirit.
Tales of Arise is an Original Title in the Tales series. It was announced on June 9, 2019, during Microsoft's E3 2019 presentation. The game was initially announced with a release window set for 2020, but on June 25, 2020, it was announced that Tales of Arise would be released after 2020, but no specific date was provided.On April 21, 2021, it was announced that the game would be released on September 10, 2021. It is a first Original Title to have a simultaneous release across the world. Its characteristic genre translates to the "Telling the Dawn of the Heart RPG"
