I've never claimed to be the most efficient, this is simply how I lvld my mining while looking for mithril and iron. Remember always grab what you can when you find it. It helps down the line if you don't skip nodes. Nothing sucks worse than walking by thorium or other such resource because you let your skill lag behind. If all else fails, go to lvl appropriate zones and make circuits by all the hills/ mountains. You'll get there, eventually.
