When you hit a wall, you find another way around.

Xiamul asked if anyone wanted to squeeze more frames out of Tower any%, so I thought I'd give it a try. Using the current WR route, it was pretty easy to reach the ledge to the right quite a bit faster than the WRs, but I couldn't get the fourth heavy to line up any faster. I'm pretty sure it's cycle-locked to gargoyle movements.

But rather than give up, I decided to try and find something else. There are probably some other options hiding out there, but this is the first one I found that actually bore fruit. Squeezing every frame I could out of this version of the route, I actually managed to save a whole 4 frames over the current live run! ...I wouldn't be surprised if there was something better other there, possibly involving attacking to get through the dust blocks rather than going around, but I thought this was entertaining enough to upload for now.
