6Tata Communications indicated a double-digit revenue growth as it is taking multiple initiatives to strengthen its products and execution capabilities. However, CLSA says the growth outlook is muted given the fact that data revenue growth is coming back.
The company has also given EBTIDA margin guidance of 23%-25% and CAPEX guidance of $300 million for FY23. In Q4FY22, the company generated an EBITDA margin of 24.5%, and in FY22 incurred a CAPEX of $210 million.
Tata Communications also said that it has renewed its focus on the India business. This is because it expects the Indian enterprise market to grow 44% till FY26, while the Indian cloud and managed to host market to double by 2025.
