The bidding for IPL Media rights has finally concluded with the current valuation jumping 2.5 times of last auction price, at a whopping `48,390 cr. Disney Star gets the TV deal for `23,575 crore. Viacom18 bags digital for `23,758 crores as well as that for non-exclusive rights as well TV rights for some international markets. BCCI President Jay Shah believes that the huge jump in price will help strengthen India's domestic cricket structure.
