The Quarry!
Used properly, you'll never need another pickaxe!
Except to pick up the engines and the Quarry...
Well, you'll never need to dig a naturally spawning block... but you need trees...
Nevermind, you just never have to dig up anything non-respawning or whatever.

A few facts:
- Requires a bit of power to run properly. A few Stirling Engines or a Combustion Engine will do!
- Is a minimum size of 3x3x5 (width, length, height).
- Can be a maximum of 64x64x64, mostly by the limitations of the Land Marks.
- Size can be changed using Land Marks.
- Digs faster if more power is provided.
- Spits out materials if no pipes or free inventories are connected.
- Digs blocks as if 'mined'. As in, produces Flint, Redstone Dust, Diamonds, and not gravel or their respective ore.
- Is quite expensive, requiring a lot of diamond.
- Can mine any block and will not stop mining until it finds lava or bedrock.
- Can be used anywhere! Underwater, underground, as long as there's space, it can be built.
- Anything INSIDE the 'frame' (the black/yellow striped marks) WILL be DESTROYED and will NOT drop items. This includes the Quarry block itself, so be careful with placement.
