DM Notes: I don't regret lifting Andrew Ryan's speech from Bioshock, but it was somewhat annoying to have to explain several times that this society is technocratic and not Randian an/cap. Not that this society is much better considering how they maintain the racism and slavery of the culture they broke away from. That aside, I also used this session to reiterate my in-setting reasoning for why the NPC allies don't level and why epic levels (17-20) are such a big deal.
