TF2: New Feature "Killsounds" AKA Last Hit Sound
The Team Fortress update on leap day 2016 added a pretty interesting new feature - "killsounds". These are like hitsounds, except they only play when you completely kill an enemy and it can be a different sound from your regular hitsound.
There are some unusual properties of these kill sounds (or "last hit" sounds) such as they are bound to the same volume and max/min pitch of your regular hitsounds. I don't really see this as making sense PERSONALLY, but some people may like it.
You can also have a custom last kill sound in the similar way you can have a custom hit sound in TF2. You just need to name the .wav file "killsound".
