Hello guys. Here is the first video of me hitting a milestone in the gym. The 1000lb club.
Trained for around 6 month solid for this properly and really focused my 3 lifts on 3 separate days a week. Focused hard on strength training and seen massive improvements in all areas. Decided to do this in one session to twist it up abit and make it harder.
