These are the Best Fallout 4 gameplay mods on Xbox ONE and Xbox Series X. This load order aims to improve the overall gameplay, immersion and believability of Fallout 4 on Xbox!

The “Unofficial Fallout 4 Patch” (https://bethesda.net/it/mods/fallout4/mod-detail/914336) fixes many bugs that Bethesda left in Fallout 4.
Next up there is a mod that I suggest to install just for convenience, because it helps with annoyances which sometimes occur in Fallout 4: “Cheat Terminal” (https://bethesda.net/it/mods/fallout4/mod-detail/911793).

The first mod for this section gets terminals operative quickly, which is “Faster Terminal Displays” (https://bethesda.net/it/mods/fallout4/mod-detail/1352801).
Next I picked the mod “Hush it! - Medium Version” (https://bethesda.net/it/mods/fallout4/mod-detail/4055411) to make so that NPCs don't start telling you the whole story of their lives as soon as you are 5 meters close to them.
Thanks to “Movable Power Armor” (https://bethesda.net/it/mods/fallout4/mod-detail/1109529) you can simply move any Power Armor via the workshop interface.
“Weightless Junk” (https://bethesda.net/it/mods/fallout4/mod-detail/1389918) makes the junk weight nothing.
“Companion Infinite Ammo” is self-explanatory! (https://bethesda.net/it/mods/fallout4/mod-detail/1079058)
“Skip DIMA Memories – Far Harbor” (https://bethesda.net/it/mods/fallout4/mod-detail/2255335) is the best Fallout 4 mod ever created.

“[English] Full Dialogue Interface (NewDialog English Translation/Port)” (https://bethesda.net/it/mods/fallout4/mod-detail/1079746) shows on screen the exact dialogue your character is about to tell as dialogue options.
With “Immersive Gameplay 5 (XBOX)” (https://bethesda.net/it/mods/fallout4/mod-detail/1728946) enemies become smarter and strategize more, and your movement as a player will feel much more natural compared to Fallout 4's vanilla movement. On top of this, weapons have also been tweaked to base damage around their caliber.
This next Fallout 4 mod is optional, in case the previous makes it too difficult use “Immersive-Gameplay Casual Patch” (https://bethesda.net/en/mods/fallout4/mod-detail/2755552).

“NPCs Travel” (https://bethesda.net/it/mods/fallout4/mod-detail/2443082) adds more than 300 NPCs that will travel the Commonwealth, Far Harbor and Nuka-World, some of them are patrols, some are merchants!
Thanks to “Wasteland Imports – Goodies From All Across The Wasteland...” (https://bethesda.net/it/mods/fallout4/mod-detail/2365983) you'll be able to find many items that were originally found in previous Fallout games inside Fallout 4.
As we said previously we already gave more punch and weight to the combat and movement, but this wouldn't be complete without “Realistic Sound” (https://bethesda.net/it/mods/fallout4/mod-detail/1719580), which overhauls the entire sound system of Fallout 4.
Does it ever happen to you that some times you need an alternative to the usual Fallout 4 radio music? If so you can install these mods and have more than one radio to listen during your exploration of the waste land:
- WRVR – New Companion and Radio Station (https://bethesda.net/it/mods/fallout4/mod-detail/912595)
- DarkStar Radio (https://bethesda.net/it/mods/fallout4/mod-detail/2550403)
- Golden Oldies Radio (https://bethesda.net/it/mods/fallout4/mod-detail/1290099)
For the last two addition mods I included “AutomatronSecuritron” (https://bethesda.net/it/mods/fallout4/mod-detail/3101132) which makes so that Securitron parts are available to mix and match with all the other robot parts of the Automatron DLC, and “More Robot Voices For Automatron” (https://bethesda.net/it/mods/fallout4/mod-detail/4100499) which instead adds a selection of already existing robot voices in Fallout 4 as voices for your robots!

I always found Fallout's violence to have an over the top comic style which in my opinion was better captured in Fallout 3 and New Vegas, but this now changes thanks to the Fallout 4 mod “Fallout IV – Gore Overhaul- 3.0 By Nero1n” (https://bethesda.net/it/mods/fallout4/mod-detail/2218849). This mod improves blood and propagation of body parts when it's the case to show them.
Alongside this one I also picked “CROSS Cris Gore-Verhaul” (https://bethesda.net/it/mods/fallout4/mod-detail/4017150) which makes so that killing blows dealt with plasma or laser weapons disintegrates the body of humanoids and leaves their skeleton exposed.

And last “No More Mannequins” (https://bethesda.net/it/mods/fallout4/mod-detail/1303842) because I never liked the emphasis on mannequins across the whole city of Boston in Fallout 4.
