The game doesn't always stay above 60fps, but it still plays really well MOST of the time. (there was some noticeable slowdown, in a few places, but nothing was a deal breaker) Overall, an i7 and a GTX 1070 kind of feels like what Ubisoft was targeting for the "recommended" experience, with this game. It's honestly enjoyable.

This video shows what I consider to be the best combination of settings to make the game play well, while maintaining a nice amount of eye candy. I show some exploration, several police chases, daytime, nighttime, and even some rain. Feel free to scrub through the video, to see what interests you.
