This was heartfelt and off the cuff. I'll probably need to do a followup video to this.

To put it shortly: My goal is to demonstrate how games and hardware really perform. I don't just run the benchmark or give average frame rates. I roll my sleeves up and show you guys the good and the bad of what games and hardware can do.

I've spent thousands of hours testing these things, and I've spent thousands of dollars of my own money to do so. I do this, for the community, because I believe the PC gaming community benefits more from having real users test games and hardware, instead of having to rely on videos from YouTubers that the hardware makers have picked for us.

Hardware manufacturers have helped create a climate where most of our information has been coming from YouTubers that they have picked. And the videos that come from that situation can, sometimes, offer more benefit to the manufacturers and their handpicked YouTubers than the greater PC gaming community. I explain all of this, in the video.

Note: A nebulizer turns the medicine into mist. In this video, I said it turns it into "smoke." That was a brain fart.

Note 2: I say that my videos' description boxes have "all the information you need," but that is not always the case. The first few hundred (out of more than 600) videos do have some spotty description boxes. And sometimes I forget to include information. Other times, YouTube deletes the information, I assume, because of issues with my browser. I don't know, but it's happened... With all of that said... When people have asked questions or pointed things out, I have been willing to update the description boxes, as needed, and I am willing to continue to do so.
