The CronusMAX Interview - What Happened, What Improved, and More!
89In March of this year I released a video ranting about my seemingly non-stop issues I've had in regards to the CronusMAX device. I bought one several years ago but had never gotten a proper upgrade for it, then in October of 2017 I purchased an upgrade service from their official store. I ran into even more issues, to the point where I had to file a chargeback against the company, after this I had forgotten about it all... Until February! I got an e-mail stating my order was fulfilled and shipped back to me, which was indeed my original, upgraded, CronusMAX. Still having a sour opinion of my experiences, I made a video talking about it all and released it in March.
Fast forward to April - Charlie Owen, the Sales & Marketing Director of CronusMAX, saw my video and reached out to me! It turned out he had a different story of what transpired on his end, which then re-opened our dialog and we began to have a civil discussion over what happened leading up to this point. We hashed everything out, saw what exactly had broken down in the upgrade process, and at the end I told him I would make a follow-up video explaining what happened. I extended him an offer to come onto the channel for a conversation/interview of sorts and he accepted.
With all of that said, I'm happy to bring to you all the first vocal CronusMAX interview to be released! This is quite long as Charlie had gone on a few tangents and wanted to explain a few processes, I left these in because I thought some people would find them interesting as there was a large chunk of information delivered here.
