THE ENGINE ROOM: Compressed Gas Puzzle Solved! | Escape Simulator Gameplay Walkthrough | Puzzle Game
Quickly fuel the drone and save yourself a few precious minutes with this Escape Simulator #short !
To solve the compressed gas puzzle in The Engine Room in the Steampunk series of escape rooms from paid DLC, you'll need to first complete the puzzle to make the fire extinguisher operational. Once you've done this, use it to put out the visible fires in the room. You won't be able to open any doors or complete any other puzzles until this has been finished!
Next, open the vault door to the furnace room and grab the fuel tank that's laying on top of the scale. Bring it back to the main room where there's an 8L tank, 5L tank and 3L tank of fuel. At the bottom, there will be an empty slot to input the canister.
After this canister has been deposited, the screen will read a target of 4L of fuel. To get this, use the valves at the tops and bottom of the tanks. The fastest way to get this is:
1. Use the top left valve to move 5L of fuel from the 8L tank to the 5L tank. 2. Then, use the top right valve to move 3L of fuel from the 5L tank to the 3L tank.
3. Now, use the bottom right valve to move 3L from the 3L tank back to the 8L tank.
4. Use the top right valve again to move the remaining 2L from the 5L tank to the 3L tank.
5. Use the top left valve to move another 5L of fuel from the 8L tank to the 5L tank.
6. Use the top right valve once more to move 1L of fuel from the 5L tank to the 3L tank
The above directions will leave you with 4L in the middle (5L) tank. Now, you can use the round valve at the bottom of this tank to deposit the 4L of fuel into the canister. After this has been completed, take the compressed fuel canister to the drone and plug it into the empty slot on it's left side to complete the "add fuel" portion of the larger drone puzzle.
