This one was pretty good. Outside of not knowing specific things, the game doesn't really do anything too bad to hinder you in a negative manner, only happening like maybe twice. Like one path literally served no purpose and was just possible damage and wasted resources. Due to be stingy, I had plenty of ammo, which could have been used to prevent self death or make certain parts easier. It's still good to use your melee when it would be wise to save ammo, but you can probably blow all the small ones away, no issues.

At times, which as stated above if I did so would solve this issue, punching wouldn't connect which can cause you to get hurt. Most enemies that this is effective on are too slow to really capitalize on this happening, but the shorter ones, not so much. The other part I found kind of annoying is story based. Since the characters you have with you are discussing about what is happening, you have to be near them to see their words. You have things to do though, plus if they're hurt/hungry, they'll stop to complain about it when close to death. Kind of sucks to possibly miss some context if you care about these characters and want to get invested into them.

The game doesn't really punish you for dying, which I honestly wouldn't have mind if it was a map reset, but instead the game has checkpoints. It mostly is easy, having just rough segments really, going back to being pretty easy to deal with again. Probably the hardest part is making sure you get those survivors to live, which basically just comes down to basic needs till the last survivor is found, then doing what you can to have them starve just enough to not die, but to make it to the stop, then get them off to be someone else's problem. It was a pretty big jerk move in I think chapter 2 when you get to the lab. No one unloaded the food, so I couldn't buy any. They also proceed to do something similar in the final area you can purchase things. Had a good amount of money, can't really buy anything. Then the game gives you a million dollars. That's funny, but it wasn't so much before hand.

I'd wait for it to go on sale, like most things.

It is an enjoyable game with DLC, which I don't own, though if you care for achievements, supposedly you need to play the game like 11 or 12 times for all the survivors and yourself, just honestly doesn't feel worth it. This one is a decent length and if the game is doing that, it's probably a small segment, just repeated over and over again. No thanks.

If you haven't, this is another game that can creep up on you if you do humble bundle, yadda, give it a try, it's pretty good.
