This is a Steam Beta test of the game so it's not the final version!

Gameplay test of The First Descendant Steam Beta on RX Vega 56 at 3840 x 1600 resolution. Note that the drivers I use are 20.2.2 compared to the recommended 22.2.2 so there might be performance gains with the newer ones! I don't want to update mine for stability purposes. No graphical glitches were encountered besides slow texture load at places.

Game runs surprisingly well for an Unreal Engine 5 title with the help of FSR 2.1 on the mid-high range GPU released more than 5 years ago. Also the game has no optimization since it's in Beta test state so probably you should expect better performance at official launch.
