Stir-fry shredded potatoes with soy sauce♪ It has a familiar seasoning like kinpira, so it's recommended as an additional dish! After cutting the potatoes, soak them in water to remove the starch, which is the key to a crisp finish.

■Ingredients (2 servings)
・2 new potatoes (300g)
・1 teaspoon sesame oil
・Appropriate amount of white sesame seeds
☆Seasonings
・1 teaspoon sake
・1 teaspoon sugar
・2 teaspoons soy sauce
■Procedure
(1) Shred the new potatoes, soak them in water for about 5 minutes, and drain. (Wash the skin thoroughly and remove any sprouts. You can also use peeled potatoes.
If you don't have new potatoes, use potatoes instead.)
(2) Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add the potatoes and fry until translucent. Add ☆ and stir fry briefly. (Make sure the potatoes are cooked thoroughly before adding the seasonings.)
