In this episode, I continue to talk about the history of Magic the Gathering. In this one I discuss the first set of the tempest block in the Rath cycle, Tempest. This set introduced a few new an interesting mechanics that are still popular today and it increased the overall power level of the cards. It's design and story earned it the expert level rating which Wizards praised it as.
