The Journeyman Project: Turbo! Speedrun (100% Peaceful in 34:59.39)
Game is being run on DOSBox on Windows 3.11. I had some audio glitching so I set the blocksize to 2048, prebuffer to 50, core to normal, cycles to auto. Was having some second-long freezes in DOSBox which I'm not sure of the cause, they only occured during streaming and not during any offstream practice. I'm guessing its related to having the game running at 100% CPU cycles. I'll have to fix this before I do more attempts.
Movement is buffered during on-screen animations, so once the animation ends, all the keys I entered on the keyboard will instantly go through to the game, including arrow keys to move, numbers for the TSA monitors, dragging items to/from the inventory, scrolling in the inventory, and clicking to open doors. Pretty much EVERYTHING can be buffered.
For the run itself, it went really well. No wallbumps (walking into walls, a.k.a. I mess up an input). Mars mastermind went really well (2nd guess on the 3rd round), NORAD silo game could've gone a bit better. Some inventory selecting could've gone better.
This is the first completed run I've done and I feel like I can improve on it. Unsure if sub 34 is possible (AT ALL).
