First off, make sure Joshua is at least LV77 (The vid shows me at LV76 but there is a fight against some soldiers first and I set Joshua to level up after that fight) so he has enough HP to tank 2 of Mueller's regular sword attacks without healing. While Josette joins you for this fight, do not count on her doing anything since Mueller is most likely going to one-shot her with any of his moves so treat this as a 1v1 between Joshua and Mueller. There are four arts you're using for the fight: Clock Up EX, Clock Down, Sylphen Guard and Teara. You need Mueller to be as slow as possible and Joshua as fast and evasive as possible to maximize the number of turns you get between Mueller's turns and so Mueller misses most of his attacks (especially Blade Dancer). Be warned that Mueller will use Blade Dancer on his 7th turn and every 5th turn afterward so make sure you have close to 6K HP to survive it. Do not let Mueller get any HP heal or critical turns by utilizing low-delay arts/crafts like Cloak & Dagger to steal those bonuses (Do not S-craft at all unless if his HP is low enough that it will kill; otherwise you'll be facing 2-3 Mueller turns in a row which is most likely a loss).
