Mueller will immediately start the fight with his S-craft so that is 8K damage you're taking right off the bat (since Mueller goes first). Fortunately, Julia has a large HP pool of 10041 and has access to Tearal which heals 6500 HP, which is about 80% of Righteous Witness damage and more than all of Mueller's other attacks. Unlike Joshua in Sky SC though, Julia is not very fast nor is she evasive so Clock Up EX + Sylphen Guard won't work as well as it did for Joshua since those arts can't be casted in time (rarely they can be but don't count on it). Clock Down on Mueller isn't going to help either for the same reason (again, rare case that it could be casted in time). Because of this, expect Mueller to get 2 turns in a row once or twice in the fight. Use Mirageberg (craft that gives Julia a barrier) if Tearal won't be casted in time (rarely happens, usually Tearal comes out quick enough before Mueller's next turn) to buy yourself a turn to heal next turn. Be careful not to exhaust your EP too quickly since you only have one EP Charge II and running out of EP so you can't use Tearal is bad. Julia's main source of damage will be her S-craft (Trinity Kleis) which, as much as S-crafts are discouraged in 1v1s due to possibly giving the enemy multiple turns, has low enough delay so that Mueller will only get one turn; giving you more wiggle room with it. S-break whenever you hit 100 CP (Julia usually gains about 50 CP from a Mueller attack) after healing, attacking (Julia's regular attack does about 730 but its still a bit of extra damage and you can get to 100 CP yourself if you have atleast 85-99 CP since Julia gains 15 CP from her regular attack), Mirageberg if you happen to have 130 CP or more (Mirageberg costs 30 CP) or if you're about to win (The S-craft does about 3K damage with 100-199 CP, 4K damage with 200 CP though you will not use this version except the first time you use it). The fight is overall easier than the Joshua vs Mueller fight in Sky SC since you have much more HP and access to Tearal.
