Walter will open the fight with his S-craft so make sure everyone has a barrier (and spread everyone out so he can only hit one person). Focus on Luciola first, as she is able to use heal arts (Tearal and Thelas) which you don't want. Make sure everyone has a barrier in case she uses Dreaming Bell Toll so no one is put to sleep. After Luciola goes down, target Bleublanc as he is the next most threatening Enforcer with Akashic Rain and his two morph spells affecting art ranges (Magic a Little reduces the AOE size of arts). After Bleublanc goes down, Walter is last and he is not too threatening if everyone is spread out. You can Clock Down all three Enforcers so make sure you do that (Bleublanc is very fast compared to Luciola and Walter). This battle should be relatively easy once Luciola and Bleublanc go down (and they'll likely be swift defeats for the two Enforcers if Richard and Joshua have high enough STR and Renne has high enough ATS, which Zodiac and Orbal Down can help in increasing damage given Zodiac increases STR/DEF and Orbal Down decreases ADF.)
