This battle hinges on preparation. Put as much STR-increasing quartz/accessories on your hardhitters as possible because every bit is important to do enough damage against them, since they have high DEF (Arts are useless since Tempest Pom is immune and the Shining Poms only take half damage). SPD is also important so you don't get bombarded with turns (You can outspeed the Shining Poms at the very least, Tempest Pom alone doesn't do much besides a hard-hitting attack that drains 10 CP that can be easily recovered). Have 200 CP S-crafts ready (because no other attack will do sufficient damage) and use STR buffing food to do as much damage as possible (Don't rely on critical AT bonus turns unless if they are early enough that the Shining Poms won't get turns in the process of waiting for them). Use Zeram Capsules, not Powders, if you need a second S-craft from a character (Joshua's Phantom Raid or Agate's Dragon Dive are perfect AOE S-crafts to use for this fight).
