As we head toward the second dungeon, the thought occurs to me that, for some reason, this is the one I can never immediately remember where it is. But at least we've discovered a secret to everybody! We also buy the arrows. Unlike other Zelda games, you don't have a seperate arrow counter... for some odd reason. Instead, you pay 80 rupies for basically the PRIVILAGE of using arrows. From there, every arrow costs one rupee to fire. The good news is, as long as you have spare cash, you have ammo and don't have to hunt for it I suppose. With that, it's time to head through the second dungeon, ignore the Magic Boomerang, and defeat Dodongo.
