Rest of Jabu-Jabu's Belly. More water raising and lowering shenanigans. You'll need lots 3-4 keys to reach the boss key,by the way. Looks so close,yet so far. BOSS FIGHT: Plasmarine. Swims around eithering firing a fireball,or trying to shock you. Wait until it shoots a fireball,then switch places with it to make it hurt by it's own attack. This takes a while to kill it,but it's immune to sword damage. You'll get the Rolling Sea for winning. Afterwards,Twinrova announce the Black Tower is near completion,and the Flame of Sorrow close to lighting. A Zora also gives us the Zora Scale for helping them out so much.
