I really enjoy playing Capcom-made Disney games. It was one of the few times in game history when movie and TV franchises actually made decent titles. It was because Capcom made this game that I rented it from the game store as a wee little one. I was an impressionable kid then, I was really into the drawn medium and Disney to me was the best there was. This was about a year before I plunged head first into Japanese Anime. I loved the opening and closing art of the game. At the time, that was pretty cool stuff.
I knew what I was getting into. Just that year I beat Duck Tales and Rescue Rangers by Capcom and I was already a Megaman fan, so I had no doubts Capcom was releasing another quality game.
While this game was a little on the short end and on the easy side of games, I still had fun with it. The graphics are bright and colorful, the music is excellent and the gameplay is enjoyable.
So when I started my Golden List of Video Game Completions back in 2000, I knew I wanted this on there early on. I wasn't making videos then of the games I beat, so I played it and beat it a third time while I was at work at GSU. Unfortunately, shortly after recording the ending and before posting, I got a new job at UNCA. So here I am on a Saturday morning, beating this game for a 4th time. While the game is fun, it has aged since I was a youth and while I have beaten it four times now, I'm not doing it again.
