After defeating Genichiro Ashina for the time being, we find ourselves now reunited with Lord Kuro once more. The young lord has been hard at work, gathering information about our enemies as well as a sinister plot that remained unseen. Apparently there are those such as Genichiro who have attained immortality through the Dragons Blood heritage and cannot die by normal means. To end this vicious cycle we must travel to the divine realm. To get there will require very specific items, one such being the mortal blade. A sword that can sever the ties of immortality, and can kill those who cannot be killed. The sword lies within Mt. Kongo, but it is said that those who draw the sword die seconds after. An ill fate to be sure, but one we must endure if we are to save Ashina from a terrible fate.......
