Peril On Gorgon came around and I'd nearly forgot about it. Like with the Base game it has been forgettable and I really feel like Obsidian failed to win over the core RPG audience with this one.

I feel most of the die hard fans of the game are people who are just happy to be getting an RPG with no microtransactions when we still need to be holding gaming to a high standard.

A more of the same DLC is not going to fix anything, I expect the second one to be similar and I do think we aren't going to know until Avowed if Obsidian still have what it takes to produce a genuinely great RPG.

I feel they've still got a lot work to do to match the best of the current RPG studios such as Larian.
