The party is currently working on "Peril on Gorgon", the first DLC expansion. Previously, for the main quest "Mostly Harmless", the party went to the Musgrave Family Collection in Byzantium and found Clarence Mostly, a former employee of the Office of Creative Incubation on Gorgon. After they "procured" the Canid Revue Trophy for him, he gave them information on two other Gorgon survivors: Marion Blakeslee of Human Inquiry & Auditing and Jasper Low of the CHEM Lab. This started the main quest "A Clockwork Mock Apple" to find Dr. Blakeslee and the main quest "The Man in High Orbit" to find Dr. Low. In this video, the party will visit a new area of Groundbreaker in search of Dr. Blakeslee for "A Clockwork Mock Apple".
Unreliable:
Davilas resumes aboard the Unreliable. He gives Ellie, Nyoka, Vicar Max, and SAM each the perk Healthy, which boosts the companion's maximum health by 30%. Davilas also prepares an outfit that boosts Stealth/Hack skills.
When Davilas enters the cockpit after meeting Mostly in Byzantium, ADA warns him that there is a threatening message on his terminal. He goes to the captain's cabin. He uses the terminal to read the threatening message from an unknown source. Looks like someone's getting nervous! With Hack 65, Davilas scans the proximate relay buoy. Then, with Hack 105, he probes the message origin ID. Hm, I do believe that he has been there before. Might be worth checking it out.
In the cockpit, Davilas uses the navigation terminal. For "A Clockwork Mock Apple", he flies the ship to the Auxiliary Maintenance Bay on Groundbreaker. Upon arrival, he disembarks with Parvati and Felix.
Groundbreaker - Auxiliary Maintenance Bay (time 5:41):
Davilas arrives on floor 3/4. Arriving here concludes the objective to travel to the Auxiliary Maintenance Bay on the Groundbreaker for "A Clockwork Mock Apple". The next objective is to find a way into Marion Blakeslee's residence.
In the central hallway on floor 3/4, the party encounters some security mercenaries, the Gardeners. The party must talk to the Gardener Lookout. The Gardeners are here to keep intruders away from Dr. Blakeslee. Naturally, the party can get past the Gardeners with violence. If Parvati is in the party and has become Junlei's girlfriend, there is a nice Persuade 45 option to get past peacefully.
The Gardeners are based on floors 3/4 and 4/4. They may have dialogue for Felix if he is in the party.
On a crate, the party can find "Pink Slip: Qadirah Smythe" on a pallet near the intersection to the west.
The party finds Matt Sprat in the lavatory on the western side of floor 3/4. They also find 500 bits on the floor.
There is a Workbench in the eastern part of floor 4/4. There are also a couple of Canids.
On a crate in the southeast of floor 3/4, the party finds "Pink Slip: Gregory Tipton".
The party discovers the entrance to the Botanical Lab in the south of floor 3/4.
The party will need Max's hacking bonus in the upcoming area, so they return to the Unreliable.
Unreliable (time 18:14):
Davilas heads out again with Parvati and Vicar Max.
Groundbreaker - Auxiliary Maintenance Bay (time 19:01):
Near the southern door on floor 3/4, they find "To The Local Idiots" on a data pad.
As the party continues south through the door to the Botanical Lab, the objective to find a way into Marion Blakeslee's Residence for "A Clockwork Mock Apple" is completed. The next objective is to track down Marion Blakeslee.
As the party goes down to floor 2/4, Blakeslee talks to the party over the intercom. She sounds unhappy to have visitors. There are automechanicals ahead.
In the large open room in the west of floor 2/4, there is a vending machine. A couple of Combat Drones are along the corridor to the east. On a table in the southeast of the open room, the party finds the phonograph "Observational Notes, Undated".
In the southwestern room, the party finds "Experimental Notes" by terrarium with a Mantipillar. Adorable. They also find a terminal with some maintenance logs. The automechanicals' waterproofing is compromised, eh?
Along the eastern corridor, there are several doors. The western door along the southern wall requires Lockpicking 105. This room has a hole that the party can drop through to the floor below.
The western door along the northern side requires Lockpicking 65. However, the other doors on the northern side are not locked. Next to a terrarium in the north of this area, the party finds the phonograph "Observation Log: Percy".
