This map actually gave me anxiety when I loaded it and realized I had to beat it legit. Its the first Plutonia map that I was scared of as a kid. I would savescum it so hard just to get through. At that time, I wouldn't've even thought beating it without saves was possible, but look at me now. It's actually much less scary than I thought. If you go in panicking, you're going to be completely shredded, but after dismantling the map and knowing where the monsters are going to be, it becomes much more manageable. As long as you don't stop moving and don't get cornered, you shouldn't be hit too often. There is a liberal amount of health throughout the map so don't worry too much about the damage taken while on the move. This map was very fun and I now see it in a whole new light.
