The Surge NG+ & DLC Part 7
0Part 7. Another blind playthrough. The Surge is a freaking great souls-like. I really enjoyed its take and the combat was a breath of fresh air. Targeting limbs was a unique way to handle to not only dismantling enemies but also acquire new weapons and armor. The chips were also an interesting way to manage builds and you were only really hindered by weapon proficiency. I got the good ending on my first play and then did the DLC and the bad ending on NG+.
The Good, The Bad & The Augmented is an okay kind of arena fight/coliseum, if that is your thing. A Walk in the Park is really where the DLC shines. Creo World is a charming rundown amusement park to that is wild to explore. It also has one of the games best boss fights. It is truly epic.
