What’s the best exercises in Ring Fit Adventure? Well that’s what I am here to tell you. What's going on, everybody! My name is Jack Jenkins, and welcome to my YouTube channel. I do reviews on fitness games, self-improvement challenges, and more. The whole point of this channel is to watch this piece of garbage turn into a smarter, more vital, and more skilled piece of garbage. In watching me do things, I hope it inspires all of you to be better. Let's get started with the top five best fitness exercises in Ring Fit adventure.

Before I got to the countdown, I wanted to discuss my progress in the game. In the last video, I said I could complete it by round ten, but I don't think it's possible anymore. My goal has shifted to completing it by round twelve. That gives me an additional two more videos to discuss different topics as well. Got to think of some ideas… maybe a DLC story line or something like that. As far as my progress, by the end of day thirty, I made it to round fifty-nine. That's with a hundred percent completion of all of the worlds before it. Not too bad if I say so myself. I also went up to level three-hundred sixty-six, which is a significant improvement. That's eight worlds and over thirty level-ups in the past thirty days.


Another thing I started doing in these videos is keeping track of the time spent and calories burned through my Apple Watch. I played for about twenty-two minutes a day and burned about two hundred calories on average. As someone who is obese at two-hundred and ninety pounds, that's a pretty good workout. I was sweaty after playing a round of the game, which is a great thing. I would still give this game my highest ranking of best fitness game even after two years of playing on and off. It's just superb. Here is my filled-out sheet. You can pause it and review it. There will be a link to my website's description where you can download it and try it out yourself. Again the point of the channel is to inspire you guys to be better so… do these challenges to dammit!

Now let's get to what everyone is waiting for… the best exercises in the game. If you haven't already seen it, there is an excellent video by Master trainer Peter that goes through the exercises from the view of a personal trainer. For me, I make my decisions on how much I feel the workout works for me, how it is controlled and how important it is in the game. That means that none of the healing exercises will show up since those are basically worthless.

At number five, I have the chair pose. The chair pose has you lifting up and down the Ring-con to smack the enemies down while you squat. I constantly tell you guys that my legs and abs are pretty weak. So, the chair pose is perfect as I can work out the legs while not overpowering them. It's the perfect exercise to do after some squats when your legs are tired. The Chair pose is also the starting exercise and one of the most powerful ones you get in the game until your reach that four-star level. An excellent exercise and a staple for any leg day.

Let's switch it up with some abs. The Knee-to-Chest exercise gets my abs burning. You have to sit on the floor with your legs out in front. Then you just bring your knees to your chest. Sounds easy, right? Well, it's definitely a challenge. I have weak abs and a big gut. To get the exercise to work, I have to push against my belly, giving me a better challenge. I'm sure if you are thin or have strong abs, this exercise is a piece of cake. However, if you are fat like me, then do this puppy! It's a great exercise that gets my body ready for the beach.


Rank number three and two are both arm exercises. At number three, I have the Back press. The full press has you hold the Ring-Con behind your head and squeeze it. It works out your triceps, shoulders, and, of course, back. I said in my worst video that the triceps kickback is worthless since there is no weight. Well, this makes up for it by using the resistance of the Ring-con against your arms. It's another super powerful exercise you get for levels one and two, making it a staple red attack when playing the game. So far, none of these have any issues reading my movements, and neither does this one.

We celebrate the second red attack with the overhead press at number two. You lift your arms overhead and squeeze the joy-con, working out the shoulders. While I can do most of the red exercises without feeling much burning, the overhead press is the one exception. When I work out my shoulders, I usually only do dumbbell raises which gets the job done. Again, I am pretty weak and out of shape. I don't know if it's because the squeezing motion works something different, but I really feel this one while doing them...
