Holy Crap, I've been playing this Ring Fit Adventure game on and off for about eight months. That's two-hundred and forty days of playing Ring Fit Adventure, and I still haven't beaten it. Man, this is a long and excellent game. What's going on, everybody! My name is Jack Jenkins, and welcome to my YouTube Channel. I do videos within the realm of self-improvement. That includes product reviews, fitness challenges, and learning different skills in order to become a self-actualized person. I am not telling you what to do, but I'll take what others say to do and see if it works or not. Think of me as a worse male version of Safiya Nygaard. Today, I dive back into the Ring Fit adventure realm with a status update and rank the five worst exercises in the game.
[Introduction]
After another thirty-day sprint of playing Ring Fit adventure, I have reached level three-hundred and thirty and am in world fifty-one. A jump of about nine worlds since the last time I played the game. Those were the last few worlds on the map which are bigger. I should have a much larger jump from this video to the eventual round nine.
In my thirty days, I have finished all of the challenges in the extra map and am currently on the master map. I am so close to finishing the game being on the final third that I can just taste it. Just eighteen more levels. With unlocking the master map, everything changes. You get the final set of exercises with a four-star level. That improves my play of the game significantly as all exercises with the same enemies reach have the same attack power. That means no more forcing myself to use the most potent exercise available. I get to pick and choose whatever part of my body I want to work out. That makes it so enjoyable to play and makes the game feel more like a workout than a strategy game. I wish that would have unlocked before in the first extra level, but it's better late than never.
I hope to do more leg and ab exercises with the newly unlocked skills as these are the two weakest parts of my body. Seriously, I have another sit-up challenge game in the works, and the results are just pitiful. I'll include which categories for what I will do in the chart sheet for my next video. By the way, here is my sheet of the game over the past thirty days. This sheet will have more data on it the next time I play the game.
Other changes with unlocking the master map include unlocking all outfits at once. Instead of unlocking new items with each world, you get them all upfront. That allows you to buy the best gear straight away when entering the map, and I did so. Makes you a lot more powerful and able to handle the challenge of the stronger characters. Oh, speaking of that, it's a change for the better. The enemies in the game have grown insanely powerful, making the game challenging and making me actually use some of my shakes. I have to say that unlocking the master world provides a fresh breath of air into this game, making it something I enjoy again. I can't wait to get back into it and complete another thirty-day challenge to get closer to beating Dragaux once and for all.
With that status update complete, let's rank the worst exercises in the game. The ranking will consider how well the game registers the move, how good the movie is for your body, and how beneficial the move is in the game. The next video in the series will go into the top five best exercises, so subscribe to the channel to stay tuned for that video. There is also another video from Youtuber' Master Trainer Peter'. He talks about the worst moves in the game from a personal trainer standpoint. He makes some fantastic points, and it is a video that I recommend you watch. I'll have it linked below in the description. However, my focus will be more personalized with how tired the exercise makes me and, more importantly, how the game recognizes me doing them.
I want to start off with a move that is my most used. The Overhead Arm Twist. The move is my most used due to the fact that it's the strongest red attack for most of the star levels. Again once you get to four, they are all the same. The Overhead Arm Twists don't really do anything for me in terms of stretching or getting my heart rate up. You just stand with your arms up, which… totally breaks my green screen set-up but whatever. You have your arms up, and you just twist them. It definitely feels like a filler moves in the game for no reason.
