Saint-14 is now at the Tower! It took him a minute but Saint-14 is now available as a Tower Vendor. Saint-14 has a few quests for us, they'll net us a trophy and the ability to unlock the Tower Obelisk! Saint-14 gives us the quests Honoring The Lost, Some Assembly Required, A Guardians Duty, Tribute To The Colonies and Cornerstone. The Saint-14 quests to unlock the Tower Obelisk arent too difficult, just a little grindy. I did mine all in Strikes essentially.

After completing the quests, Saint-14 will become a Vendor in the Tower. Saint-14 will now offer bounties to be completed, they will give you Fractiline and XP. HE also gives you the last component you need to the Tower Obelisk, which is right at the center of the Courtyard. Head over to the Tower Obelisk and check it out.

At the Tower Obelisk, there are a few new things we can do. First, small new quests call synchronization. Completing these quests and a Timelost Weapon Bounty will link the appropriate Obelisk to the Tower Obelisk, so you don't have to go to a new planet for each Timelost Weapon Bounty. However, the new Season of Dawn Mods still need to be purchased at the planet Obelisk.

There are two consumables to purchase now too. Timelost Friends, which increases the progression on Timelost Weapon Bounties and Fractiline Skimmer, which will increase the chance at getting a ton of fractiline from activities.

Most importantly, at the Tower Obelisk, we can purchase the Timelost Weapon Bounties for Perfect Paradox, Trophy Hunter and Pyroclastic Flow. Perfect Paradox is Saint-14's shotgun. Trophy Hunter is Saint-14 Sniper Rifle and Pyroclastic Flow is Saint 14 Rocket Launcher!

Demolitionist and rampage make this weapon amazing for pve. For some reason (might be because it's a year one wep?), it doesn't have a masterywork slot. But still pretty good! Haven't tried out in pvp tho so :/
