Trophy Hunter is a NEW Aggressive Frame Sniper Rifle available from the Destiny 2 Season of Dawn Season Pass. After reaching level 45 in the Season Pass, Trophy Hunter will be rewarded to you. Now that you have your first Trophy Hunter, you can purchase a Timelost Weapon bounty from the Tower Obelisk for Trophy Hunter. After completing the Timelost Weapon bounty, you'll be rewarded with a new randomly rolled Trophy Hunter. Trophy Hunter can roll with a few interesting perks, including Genesis and Lead from Gold in the 3rd column and Vorpal Weapon or Disruption Break in the 4th column. Awesome sniper, I got it with arrowhead break, flared magwell, reload mw, lead from gold and vorpal weapon which along with boss spec will chunk bosses. I really recommend magwell over an ext mag perk bc of small mag size. Arrowhead break will achieve max recoil leaving the mod slot open for boss spec. Overall I couldn't be happier with this roll, lead from gold is awesome for bypassing the pesky ammo penalty when one weapon too much.

Sick gun, scope looks dope and has a short zoom. It will hopefully be good dps with the right perks.

Lets see: Aggressive sniper+ex mag+tt+ammo mod have 9875 dps +15% from vorpal=11 356. Sole survivor(adaptive)+ex mag+fttc+ammo mod have 11,929+25% from firing line=14 911

My best PvE roll is Smallbore/Extended Mag/Triple Tap/Vorpal Weapon, Handling MW. This thing holds its own with DPS, and Vorpal Weapon is a very welcome new perk with it's unconditional damage buff versus Bosses. In PvP, it's fairly mediocre. Best PvP roll was Smallbore/Accurized/Genesis/Snapshot, Handling MW. It's serviceable in PvP; but I wouldn't recommend it over Beloved, Revoker, Twilight Oath, and other popular snipers that are found within the Crucible.

The gun looks amazing and has a beautiful reload animation. But, it really lacks in good perk choices and it also has terrible aim assist. Wouldn't recommend this for anything
