The most remarkable thing about using CAPA's Photo Mode mod is just how well the game's visuals hold up when you start deviating from the default over-the-shoulder perspective and carefully chosen camera angles set up by the developers. Sure, there are some technical glitches (those horrible melting faces of NPCs outside Geralt's vision cone being by far the scariest of these) and various notable imperfections in character models and animations, but by and large TW3 still looks absolutely stunning even in challenging conditions which the game was never scripted or designed to cope with.
